This website is run by Global Brand Academy Pte Ltd, trading as Global Sales Academy ("we", "us" or "our"). We are a sales training company based in Singapore.

We decide how and why your personal data is used on this website, so we are responsible for it under the PDPA.

Details you give us

• Enquiry and contact forms: your name, organisation, job title, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the services you are interested in and your message.
• Free book download: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number.
• ACE, our AI assistant: the questions you type, or say if you use voice.

Details collected when you visit

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical details when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, the time of your visit and the page that sent you here. We use this to keep the site secure and working well.

We use your personal data to:

• Reply to your enquiry and recommend the right programme, keynote or customised solution
• Send you the free book or resource you asked for
• Plan and deliver training or events you book with us
• Answer your questions through ACE
• Send you occasional updates and invitations, but only if you have agreed to receive them
• Keep the website secure, fix problems and understand how it can work better
• Meet our legal and accounting duties

You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by writing to us.

ACE answers questions about our programmes and services. To create its replies, your messages are sent to OpenAI. If you use voice, your recording is sent to OpenAI to turn it into text, and ACE's spoken replies are created by ElevenLabs or OpenAI.

Your chat history is kept only in your own browser, for as long as the tab is open. It is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use your chats to build a profile of you.

Please do not share sensitive details in the chat, such as ID or passport numbers, bank details or health information. ACE can make mistakes, so please check anything important with our team.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We keep their use to a minimum. ACE uses your browser's session storage to remember the current conversation, and this is removed when you close the tab.

We do not use advertising cookies to follow you around other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, although some parts of the site may not work as well.

We only share your personal data when we need to, and only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery and the AI providers behind ACE
• Trainers and partners who help deliver a programme or event you have booked
• Government bodies, courts or regulators, when the law requires it

Our providers may only use your data to do the work we ask of them. They must keep it safe and may not use it for their own purposes.

Some of our providers, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs, store or process data in other countries, such as the United States. When your data leaves Singapore, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard similar to the PDPA.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that could identify you.

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people who need your data for their work can see it, and we choose providers with good security practices.

No website or online system is completely secure. If we ever learn of a data breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires us to.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it
• Correct any details that are wrong or out of date
• Stop using your data for marketing, or withdraw your consent for other uses
• Delete your data when we no longer need to keep it

Write to us using the details at the end of this page. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we aim to reply within 30 days.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have extra rights under the GDPR, such as moving your data to another provider or objecting to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Singapore, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Our website and services are for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

Our website links to other sites, such as social media pages and book stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for how they handle your data, so please read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are important, we will make that clear on the website.
