These terms cover your use of the website only. Training programmes, keynotes and customised work are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever say different things, the agreement wins.

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not:

• Copy large parts of the website, or collect its content with automated tools, without our written permission
